The most significant advantage of Villa Elmyra is the fact that it is conveniently located within walking distance (200- 300 meters) from a variety of shops that will cover all your daily needs, such as bakery, pastry shop cafes, taverns, supermarket, pharmacy, grocery store and more! Το make things even better, a sandy, picturesque beach that is ready to welcome you in it’s crystal-clear blue waters can be found just 600 meters away from the Villa, so you can enjoy a car free holiday!

Exterior Layout

While outdoors, the terrace is complemented by a great private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool 8x4 m2 and 1.20 - 1.50 meters deep, with a special children’s heated compartment 1.50x1.50 and 0.50 meters deep. A wonderful sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a lovely lawn covered area with a playground, ideal for the kids to play, are there to welcome you so as the whole family can enjoy the games, the sun and the refreshing countryside air! Last but not least, barbecue facilities are available as well as an outdoor dining area! Don’t miss the opportunity to try al fresco dining and share your homemade meals with your loved ones! To makes things even better, for those who love sports amenities, a ping pong table, a football table and a pool table will also be at your disposal! The terrace is surrounded by trees and the sound of birds will compose the summer song you will remember forever!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 


- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 25°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.


- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.

- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.


- Additional Fees | 50€/day

- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.


- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Interior Layout

Built with traditional style & care, Villa Elmyra provides a relaxing base for your stay, promising a dream holiday, comfort and hospitality! The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, covering 100 m2 in total and all things considered, either you are a multi-child family or a group of friends, will offer you an unforgettable holiday experience!

On the ground level of Villa Elmyra guests will find the beautiful living room with and a 43’’ flat screen TV. This area has direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, with all kitchen facilities, which is totally functional, if you want to have your meals at home! This floor also boats the first bedroom of the Villa, featuring two single beds that can be joined and form a double bed. The bedroom also boasts an impressive fireplace and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin!

Following the stairs up to first floor, guests can find the other two bedrooms of the Villa, one of which features one double bed, while the last one offers two single beds (which can be joined together if wished) . Both of the bedrooms have direct access to each balcony, boasting amazing views from the surrounding countryside area and the spectacular Cretan sea! A bathroom with a bathtub is also ready to welcome you ..ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring! Last but not least, all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a 32” flat screen each!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
