Villa Aloni is located in an amazing area at the Cretan countryside, providing total tranquility and relaxation. The villa is settled in an olive grove, offering magnificent views and combining all elements for an unforgettable vacation.

The villa itself although provides totally privacy, is very convenient located very close to Asi Gonia village, less than a kilometre away from a super market, a cafe and a taverna.

To make things even better, the villa is set in 400 m2 private grounds and features a 42 m2 private swimming pool, 1.2-1.4 meters deep with a special children’s compartment, 0.5 meters deep. Enjoy yourselves laying on the sun beds by the pool on the terrace, or read your favourite book under the shade of the umbrellas.

Next to the pool terrace our guest’s will have the chance to live the experience of al fresco dining, as the villa provides BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area. Nothing better than having your meals while breathing the fresh air while tasting local delicacies.

For endless hours of fun and relaxation, engage in an exciting game and master your ping pong skills, on the available outdoor ping - pong table.

What’s more, right next to the Villa, there’s a garden with home grown, seasonal vegetables, where our guests are free to hand-pick everything they need for their salads and meals!

Ground Floor

As you enter yourselves from the main entrance, you will find yourselves at the tastefully decorated living room area. Carefully selected furniture and decorations in light colours will surely make you feel as home. The living room creates a cosy atmosphere where the whole family can gather. Furthermore this area features a flat screen Smart TV 40’, where you can watch your favourite films or enjoy your music.

Next to the comfortable living room, there is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with Inox electrical appliances making it perfect for self catering meals, the days you wish to stay at the villa and enjoy the facilities ad breath taking views the property has to offer.

As Villa Aloni is a ground floor property, all 4 bedrooms are located on the same level. Two of the bedrooms feature one double bed each, as well as an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower. The remaining two bedrooms feature two single beds each. A family bathroom with a glass shower cabin will be at your disposal! Eight guests can be comfortably accommodated in the 4 bedrooms of the villa and an extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, making the villa an ideal choice for big families or group of friends.

Last but not least the Villa can host your wedding at the terrace and there is also a church close to it.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
