Welcome to the beautiful Golden Sunset Villa. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, and situated within the Legends Corner community. This beautiful 5 bedroom 5.5 bath is perfect for your family get-a-away as it is located within minutes from the heart of the theme parks and local attractions.

This villa is a perfect retreat for your family to get away. The home features something for everyone. The home has a large open floor plan on the first floor great for entertaining. The living area has plush sofas surrounding the large 55" LED TV complete with Blu-Ray player, Upgraded Prism TV, and Sony PS3. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances makes mealtime easy for your group. There is an attached dining area with seating for eight and a breakfast bar for additional seating.

Relax, and let the worries, and stress melt away whilst you're sitting poolside soaking up the warm Florida sun. Come home from a long day at the parks, and fire up the BBQ. Sit at the outside dining area with seating for 6, and watch as the sun slowly sets over the beautiful Golden Bear Lake. Green foliage lines the pool area allowing for additional privacy.

The home features three master king suites. For convenience, there is one located on the ground floor with en-suite that has a walk-in shower. The two other master suites are located on the second floor both with private en-suites. The master bedroom located in the in the rear has a private balcony for more breathtaking sunset views. The kids will love the Mickey themed bunk beds room that also features a PlayStation 3!. The fifth bedroom is a queen sized room complete with en-suite. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs' and DVD players

This home also features a Theater/Games room. Watch all your favorite movies in the privacy of your villa. Gather the family on a rainy day, or a late night and watch your favorite flicks on the large projection screen. The games room has a multi arcade gaming system, Xbox One, and a foosball table.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world class amenities such as infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities and much more.

How do damage deposits work?
