An impressive apartment within the very heart of the old town of Rhodes.

Built in the 12th century, this spacious apartment offers refreshingly successful styling that remains sympathetic to the age of the building.

Deceptively spacious (110 sq.m) and incredibly charming The Old Town House coexists with this Medieval city to perfection.

Inside this lovingly restored property you will find original beamed ceilings and arched stone walls – furnished comfortably with a mixture of antique furniture and contemporary pieces.

The spaciousness impresses and all of the rooms are rich in detail and thoughtful touches.

You enter the apartment into an impressive and comfortable living and dining area which is defined by the six internal high level arched openings, contemporary wooden floors, sofa (double bed), dining table and chairs, quirky light fitments, original art, satellite TV and fridge freezer. 1st Bedroom: has a double bed with full mosquito netting; a single bed; wardrobe and original feature fireplace. The 2nd has a double bed single bed dressing table and wardrobe. Τhe 3rd has a double bed, small wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Kitchen space with stone sink, cupboard spaces, Bosch Tassimo coffee maker; oven with electric hobs, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower; separate w.c and wash basin. A welcome hamper on arrival with food and drink essentials +a bottle of wine.

Suitable for couples or for up to 6 persons The Old Town House is a rare opportunity to locate yourselves within the magical authentic surroundings of the old town – whilst at the same time enjoying much comfort and luxury within.

Why can't I call ADAMANTIOS (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ADAMANTIOS (the owner) a message.

If ADAMANTIOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
