Are you looking for a romantic place or have fun amongst family and friends! Welcome to our Beach Villa which stands right by its private beach :) Spacious garden found on the wild, unpolluted & picturesque southern coast of Mauritius. Adapts easily to large families or couples with its two double bedrooms and a spacious living area. Kindly note that you won't share the place with any other guests even if you travel solo...Also note that solo man travelers are preferred to single ladies.

-- Once you have booked the place, there is no sharing of any space or rooms with any other guests

-- The watchman and wife lives on-site. Please do not hesitate to knock at their door anytime you'll need help.

-- Ideal place for parties etc due to the garden's 'mega' size but please know that a maximum of 5 people can stay inside the bungalow.

-- Please note that it has been clearly written down on the bungalow's site that there could be "potential for noise" due to a 5* hotel construction. If guests can't bear some noises, or ants walking around a tropical beach, or smell of old wooden cupboards etc, please look elsewhere instead of complaining. The construction project is nearly over as per the designing architect

--For taking showers, note there is 1 bathroom inside the beach house and 1 outside. If water flow isn't good, you can switch on the water pump. Its switch is right above the shower head. You'll be shown upon arrival. It's easier to have great showers early morn or late afternoons / evenings.

--The internet password is written down next to the satellite TV set or also in bedrooms.

-- The cooking stove in the kitchen works with both gas and electricity. Gas is preferred as far as possible.

-- Know that there's a huge backyard where you can spend some time with your own self. It's totally private.

-- The BBQ Grill set is readily available. Please use it with respect, making as if it's yours. Buy your own charcoal since we can no longer provide those due to moisture.

-- Before each stay, there is a thorough cleaning of the place by a team of cleaning ladies. Keep it tidy when you are about to leave.

-- If you'd like to have cleaning/washing/drying of clothes on a regular basis, pay the cleaning lady who lives on-site a few quids in local currency, and she'll gladly help (first discuss with her please. The owner has nothing to do with those deals :)

-- This property is well maintained by pest control department

-- The upper floor is my secondary residence for the family. Live there on & off. It doesn't have any connection to the ground floor where guests stay. In other words, it has its own staircase and doorway access to its level. Please, no parties after 11pm except if asked beforehand.

-- The watchman and the cleaning lady stay on the property grounds but have no access to your area and living space.

-- A car would be nice to have during your stay for easy moves from point A to B across the island. We can also arrange for a chauffeured driven car or simple taxi services(whenever required for a trip) anytime of the hour during your stay with us.

-- please feel free to use the AC and the washing machine for your own comfort during the stay. Do not forget to close the windows and doors well, when using the AC. Save electricity and be eco friendly. Thank you for your kindness

There are two very nice persons who are in charge of the place, and they will be readily available for you. They arrange many things prior to your arrival until your day of departure from our bungalow. They'll make you have a taste of Mauritius. Furthermore, the watchman and his wife are usually available 24/7. Always looking forward to hosting great people. Guests at this beach house will appreciate convenient onsite amenities such as a playground and authentic wooden table for grills at night time. Free unlimited high speed WiFi of 20 Mbps with Netflix on app and youtube TV. Laundry can be done with washing machine for free. Ask the cleaning lady for further info.

Merci Fany. Heureusement vous m'avez mis 3 etoiles, car il y en a des gens qui adorent le 1 etoile. Je sais que je me suis pas excuse, mais quand vous vous imaginez etre dans ma situation, jetais vraiment desole pour vous. Especialement que jai fait le tout pour vous emmener au Bungalow depuis l'aeroport etc. Le probleme etait avec la nappe qui se trouve sous le sable qui avait bloque tout le systeme de canalisation du bungalow. Il y a gros camions qui sont venus comme vous le savez bien pendant votre sejour pour aspirer etc mais cela n'a pas marcher comme on le souhaitait. Mais maintenant, le prob a ete remedie. Really sorry.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Premdutt (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
