A living room, a spacious terrace overlooking the Mountain, 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, 1 bathroom and a shower room, fully equipped with all kinds of appliances and kitchen and large garage. new, very quiet yet very close to the promenade area. ideal for couples, families with children, senior citizens apartment. Well positioned for beach activities, hiking, fishing, adventure activities, descents down the Sella River. Although the population puts Toriello the apartment is located in the same Ribadesella.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
