Precioso piso de 6 plazas en la playa. De 300 a 900 € por semana, según temporada. Turística localidad costera, piso exterior, soleado, reformado, calidades, 6 plazas, equipado, a dos minutos de la playa y del puerto deportivo, ascensor, amplia terraza, mascotas. (Licencia VUT 488 AS).

Si valora la tranquilidad de no tener que mover el coche durante sus vacaciones ésta es la ubicación perfecta para dejarlo aparcado durante toda su estancia en Ribadesella. Las opiniones de todos los amigos que nos visitaron son nuestro mejor aval.

No echará en falta nada para el disfrute de sus vacaciones.

En la zona donde se ubica el piso hay plazas de aparcamiento sobradas (incluso en plena temporada alta), tanto en las calles que rodean el edificio como en un aparcamiento público gratuito ubicado justo delante del mismo (desde la terraza del piso pueden controlarse perfectamente los vehículos aparcados en el aparcamiento); la distancia andando a la playa es de unos dos minutos, al puerto deportivo se tarda lo mismo, y al centro del pueblo, dando un paseo, unos diez minutos; a menos de un minuto hay un supermercado, una entidad bancaria (Cajastur), una panadería, un kiosco de prensa, una ferretería, una pizzería y varios bares y restaurantes.

Why can't I call Antonio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
