Newly refurbished, this spectacular, luxury lodge offers three spacious bedrooms, with whisper soft king-size beds and contemporary en-suite bathrooms. Comprising of an incredibly spacious, open-plan living area, a stylish, state-of-the-art kitchen (with integrated appliances) and handy separate utility room, with second freezer; Lodge 10 is the perfect escape for families or couples looking to get away from it all.

Beautiful furnishings and solid wood flooring throughout offer enviable levels of luxury and comfort, whilst the wood-burning stone fireplace is ideal for snuggling up after long days spent exploring the blissful Yorkshire countryside. Guests can enjoy true peace and tranquillity in the evenings with the Dales' famous dark skies too.

With an extensive glass wall frontage, designed to bring the natural light and surrounding woodland and meadows directly into the home, Lodge 10 blends the inspiring landscape with contemporary decor. There is also a handy 'boot room', that also doubles up as a safe and cosy place for your four-legged friend to sleep, plus an outside tap where you can clean off any mucky paws.

The lodge offers three king-size bedrooms (all of which can be made up as a twin room with an adjoining zip and link mattresses, recently replaced in 2020), all with stunning en-suite shower rooms. The Egyptian cotton bed-linen and towels, as well as the complimentary White Company toiletries ensure a peaceful night's sleep and thorough relaxation during your Yorkshire lodge retreat.

Lodge facilities include 65" Smart TV, SKY, DVD player & CD player, as well as an electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer, with cot, highchair & sterilisers available on request.

The newly-replaced panoramic deck that sits to the front of the lodge is fully fenced and gated, allowing your little ones (and four legged friends!) to play peacefully and safely in the sunshine. The deck enjoys sunshine throughout the day, ideal for spotting the abundant wildlife and providing easy access to some of the fantastic walks found leading from the site.

For those with limited mobility, Lodge 10 allows cars to pull up right outside the property. A ramp allows access to the decking and entrance additional parking is 20 metres away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
