This duplex apartment with 86m² of living space spread over two floors. Again, modern elements with antique furniture have been combined in the device. The living area on the lower level is equipped with stylish leather furniture and has a large flat-screen TV. If necessary, can sleep on the sofa beds there two people.

The slightly recessed from the living area kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor and Nespresso coffee and additionally includes the dining table. The first of the two double bedrooms has a bathroom en suite with shower and bath. About a staircase leads to the second double bedroom on the gallery.
