The spacious, light (south oriented) and worthily furnished 3-rooms apartment, incorporating a master bedroom of over 27 m2, a second bedroom with a large balcony overlooking green yard, and a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is situated on the 2nd floor of our art-nouveau building located in a quiet area of the center nearby Old Town, and it makes our apartment an excellent choice for both business and vacation travelers.

High ceilings, modern double-glazed insulated windows with new vertical jalousie, modern wooden floors, individual water heating, high-speed WiFi, cable TV with international channels are here for our guests’ convenience. HDMI cable and USB charger are here too.

Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV set, a double folding sofa and couple soft chairs with a breakfast expanding table.

Second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp,

and a double corner folding sofa with a cozy coffee table.

Third bedroom (or den) has a double folding sofa with a cozy coffee table and en-suite bathroom with a massage shower.

The second bathroom has a massage shower too.

Kitchen is fully furnished and can accommodate four guests. It has an incorporated gas-stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffeemaker, a toaster etc.

Fresh bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries are supplied complimentary.

We proud ourselves with decorating walls with oil copies of paintings by famous artists.

Up to 10 guests may be accommodated here.

Our building is just a few steps from the central Brivibas street and a five minutes of a lazy walk to the Old Town.

No construction, repairs, or any other inconveniences nearby. It is very crime safe too.

Park Esplanade (with the State Art Museum and the Orthodox Cathedral), shopping and leisure center Galleria Riga, Olympus Royal Casino, Hotel Radisson Blue, ancient Gertrudes Church – all are just a short walk away.

There are numerous reasonably priced cafes and restaurants close by for enjoyable breakfast / lunch / dinner.

Public parking is just across the street.

Actually, this is a bargain for the price of a …-star hotel room.

Dear Margaret, Thank you so much fort your opinion! I am so sorry for the slight smell of damp on the flight of stairs - the building is 127 years old and we have no powers beyond our apartment. We have never had any complaints regarding our showers even from our tall and large guests and we shall do our best to make it most comfortable. Our master bedroom has sitting area and this is stated in the description - also I have written it to you beforehand. I will always remember your kind thanks during your leaving. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jev (the owner) a message.

If Jev (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
