A three-bedroom luxury apartment in the quiet area of the prestigious

Riga center.

A modern elevator goes up to the 4th floor to our spacious (171 m2 - about 1880 sqf), light and luxuriously furnished four-room apartment, incorporating huge master bedroom of 48 m2 and a spacious living room of 50 m2.

It has high ceilings, modern double-glazed insulated windows with vertical jalousie, oak parquet flooring, individual heating and hot water gas boiler, cable TV with international channels, high-speed Fiber optics WiFi internet (a USB charger and a HDMI cable are supplied too).

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with the orthopedic mattresses for enhanced comfort, bedside tables with lamps, large mirrored wardrobes, a

couple large soft chairs with a coffee table, beauty corner and a marble fireplace.

Two more bedrooms are equipped accordingly.

Spacious sofas with a large coffee table, a dinner table with 6 chairs, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace are in the sitting room. Its sideboard contains wine glasses, books, DVDs and CDs.

The apartment has two bathrooms - one has Jacuzzi, bidet and hairdryer, the other has shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished and has incorporated Danish furniture (light oak) and a lunch table for 6 persons.

Fresh bed linen and towels (two for each guest), as well as toiletries are supplied complimentary.

We proud ourselves with decorating walls with oil copies of paintings by famous artists.

Totally there are possibilities to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Actually, this is a vice-presidential suite for a price of a …-star hotel room.

Our neo-classic building is located in a quiet and prestigious area of the

Riga center and it makes our apartment excellent choice for both business and vacation travellers.

It is just a few steps from the central Brivibas street and a 15 min of pleasant walk to the Old Town. There is a beautiful view of the nearby ancient Gertrude Church from the windows.

There are several reasonable priced restaurants and cafes nearby populated by locals for enjoyable breakfast / lunch / dinner.

“Galleria Riga” (a multi-storey shopping and leisure mall) and “Royal Casino” at Radisson Blu Hotel are in 10 minutes walk.

No construction, repairs, or any other inconveniences nearby. It is very crime safe too.

How do damage deposits work?
