From the owner

La urbanización está a tan solo 600 metros de la playa (7 minutos a pie), viéndose desde la terraza el mar. Cuenta con varios jardines y patios muy grandes para niños, una piscina comunitaria (abierta desde el 1 de julio hasta el 31 de agosto) y una pista de fútbol. El ambiente en la urbanización es familiar y tranquilo.

El piso cuenta con 2 dormitorios: uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas (4 plazas máximo), una cocina totalmente amueblada y una cómoda terraza.

El autobús, para ir a Málaga centro, está a 5 minutos a pie y tarda unos 20 minutos dejándote en el mismo centro. Muy interesante también para Semana Santa y la Feria de Málaga.

A seis minutos del Paseo Marítimo, con unas vistas geniales y magníficos chiringuitos.

Hemos estado muy bien y agusto limpieza excelente muy bien trato con los propietarios a la hora de llegada me retrasé un poco por un atasco y me esperaron sin problema volveremos a repetir

Buenas tardes. Gracias por su comentario y celebro que hayan estado a gusto. En cuanto al sofá, no estaba vestido con ropa de cama porque no ofertamos sofá-cama, como puede comprobar en el apartado de la página "Detalles del alojamiento". Nosotros ofertamos 4 plazas en dos dormitorios, no seis. En cuanto al garaje, tampoco está ofertado; y con respecto a la piscina, lo advierto en el anuncio que en estas fechas no está abierta.

Apartamento perfecto,todo en buen estado.De los mejores apartamentos que he estado.Lo único la cuesta para subir, pero estando de vacaciones no hay prisa.Si se puede repetiremos ,muchas gracias

Cependant, j'ai été surpris par votre plainte concernant le manque de produits alimentaires dans l'appartement, surtout quand je ne le propose pas sur la page Tripadvisor. De plus, je vous rappelle notre conversation WhatsApp du 26/05, à 20h43, vous informant qu'au moment où vous alliez arriver il n'y aurait pas de supermarchés ouverts, mais il y aurait des cafés et des bars. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send María Isabel (the owner) a message.

If María Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
