Villa Rincon del Mar (approx. 200m²) is located in the luxury urbanisation Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria (Malaga). To the beach it is a 10 minutes walk. From all rooms and terraces mine has a panoramic sea view. The villa is 20 minutes from the centre of Malaga and 5 minutes from the golf course. From the airport it is about 15-20 minutes. Rincon de la Victoria is the most prosperous town in the province of Malaga and has the only sea cave in Europe.

The property is about 1000m² large. There are 4 main terraces, which together are about 500m². From all terraces you can admire the sunsets in the evening and the sea of lights of Malaga and Rincon at night or watch the arrival of the cruise ships in the harbour during the day. On clear days you can also see as far as Africa. On the pool terrace there is a pergola of about 50m², which offers a pleasant sun protection. The villa has a large terrace with a dining table for 10 persons, a barbecue and a water well. The terrace has a sun sail and is surrounded by walls on 3 sides and open to the sea on one side. This gives you the classic "patio feeling", but with panoramic views.

The salt water pool has a size of approx. 14x5m. It has a small platform on which there are 2 sunbeds. From there you have a 180 degrees free sea view and small children can splash around. You can hear the sea roaring. The feeling and the view are indescribable. The pool has LED lighting, the colours of which can be adjusted by remote control. At the end of the pool is an infrared sauna, from which you also have a great view.

As the villa is situated on a 100m hill, you have a fantastic view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean Sea, with good views to Africa and Gibraltar and the bay of Malaga including the harbour. When the wind is blowing you can watch the kite surfers on the height of the villa. In the morning and evening you can watch the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds, as well as the arrival and departure of the cruise ships. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves crashing.

In the living room there is a large couch with a coffee table, a fireplace, a huge TV and a multimedia centre. The multimedia center includes a 5.1 Bose Dolby Sourround System, Apple TV, Blue-ray and CD players, video recorders and an extensive collection of CDs, DVDs and Blueray. Over 70 German television programs can be received. From the couch mine has a beautiful sea view. In 2018 an access to the garden and an additional panorama window was added.

How do damage deposits work?
