Newly renovated with 30 foot lounge/diner/kitchen with 55inch TV and sound bar and quarry slate floor. Large comfy corner sofa and dining table seating 8 people. Bifold doors open up into the large south facing private garden with garden table and chairs to seat 8 people. Internal oak doors throughout and newly fitted bathroom with toilet, free standing bath and large quadrant shower. Three bedrooms; Master bedroom with king-sized bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room; bedroom 2 with king sized bed and bedroom 3 with double bed.

Ideal holiday location! Short walk to Moors Valley Country Park with Go Ape, children's play areas, bike hire, little train and walking/cycling trails and activities in the forest. Park Run and Junior Park Run are held at Moors Valley Country Park. Close to New Forest and 20 min drive to beaches at Bournemouth. A gate at the bottom of the garden opens onto the Castleman Trail which is ideal for walking, running or cycling.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alastair Knockton (the owner) a message.

If Alastair Knockton (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
