Apartment Oleandro 1: the apartment has two floors and has doors to the garden side with a view of the hills. On the lower floor, ground floor, the spacious kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a separate toilet, a pantry with washing machine, a lounge area with stereo (and I-pod connection) and a large dining table. On the first floor is the entrance to the back, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a sofa bed for 2 pers.

The apartments are just grown with respect for the old elements of the House. The House stands in a row of 7 houses and date back to the 12th century, three of which are refurbished to one House and the 4th House has been converted into 2 apartments. It's totally up to the edge of the village whereby all basic necessities are within walking distance and the protection of the village is, but where you will also enjoy the beautiful scenery. However, two people living in the street itself and so it is a wonderful peaceful place. In the garden (6000 m) which on the South lies with nut trees, figs, plums, apples and olive grove are 3 terraces, one with a swimming pool (6 x 9 m). To the pool there is a veranda with lounge corner and sun beds. Delicious for the siesta!! Also, there are heated showers and a coil kitchen with fridge.

The medieval village of Ripabottoni has about 550 inhabitants and you live really between the Italians. It's like you're stepping back in time.

Why can't I call Christel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christel (the owner) a message.

If Christel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
