Ampio e luminoso appartamento situato a 200 mt dal porto turistico di Riposto.

Riposto rappresenta uno dei più storici e caratteristici paesi marinari dell'area jonico-etnea.

L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, possiede un ingresso indipendente ed è situato al primo piano di una modena palazzina. Dispone di due camere con letto matrimoniale ( in una camera matrimoniale ci sono anche 2 letti singoli, per un totale di 4 posti letto), una camera con due letti singoli, due bagni e una cucina- soggiorno con 2 divani letto 2 piazze e un terrazzino con vista mare. Ogni ambiente dispone di TV e climatizzatore.

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, curato nei dettagli. Gli ampi spazi permetteranno di godere di un ambiente rilassante e confortevole, ideale per famiglie, gruppi di amici, ma anche per coppie che vogliono soggiornare in pieno relax e massimo confort.

E’ dotato di un garage dove parcheggiare l’automobile di medie dimensioni, oppure mezzi a due ruote.

Dal terrazzo è possibile apprezzare un ottimo panorama tra mare e monte Etna. Nell'immediata vicinanza si trovano: supermercato, panificio, bar, tabacchi - edicola, etcc.

Dall'appartamento si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, soli 20 m, la caratteristica spiaggia. Il lungomare, che unisce la frazione di Torre Archirafi alle località marinare di Fondachello (Mascali) e San Marco (Calatabiano), passando per il nuovo porto turistico di Riposto e dal caratteristico mercato del pesce fresco e dei vini locali, è dotato di una pista ciclabile dove poter fare delle romantiche passeggiate in bicicletta.

Facilmente raggiungibili dall'abitazione le località di Catania 20 Km, Acicastello, Acitrezza, Acireale, Giardini Naxos e la splendida Taormina a 15 km.

Non molto distanti e altrettanto belli da visitare le Gole del fiume Alcantara, i parchi acquatici e divertimenti di Etnaland a Belpasso (CT) e Aretusa Park di Siracusa, il parco Avventura a Milo (CT) e il vulcano ETNA.

In tutti i periodi dell'anno in Sicilia si svolgono alcune tra le più belle sagre d'Italia di prodotti tipici come la sagra del pistacchio a Bronte , della fragola a Maletto, del suino nero e del fungo porcino a Cesaro', della ricotta e formaggi a Vizzini, la Vinimilo a Milo e l'ottobrata a Zafferana Etnea,etc.etc.

    If Lucio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
