The more Xanxo is a updated and renovated, Catalan farmhouse that preserves the ancient environment in decoration; However that has all the amenities.

Is composed of a main house with a large kitchen, a living room, a dining room, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool hall, in which up to 6 extra squares can be activated...

There is also an attached House with two double bedrooms, a large kitchen and a bathroom.

The set is in the Centre of an estate of 6 hectares, completely independent, less of 1 km. from the center of Riudoms and very near Salou (17 km.), Cambrils (8 Km away), Reus (5 Km away) and Tarragona (20 Km.)

Front of the House there is a large wooded with barbecue, outdoor dining and a private pool, surrounded by olive trees, hibiscus, geraniums and Bougainvilleas.

The spaces are very spacious and magnificent views. Highly recommended for families with children and groups of friends. The environment is very pleasant.

The House has central heating and two kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, induction, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances. The two rooms have televisions. Being all bent, allows a certain diversification of the activities of the group.

Between the two cases can accommodate 12 people in double rooms; Pero may reach 18 using the beds of the billiard room. The mansion can also be rented, for 8 people.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Jaume Ramon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
