Villa luminosa adagiata sulle colline che dominano il Lago di Iseo nella frazione di ESMATE del comune di SOLTO COLLINA, (CIR 016200-CNI-00016) è la sistemazione ideale, non solo per una stimolante villeggiatura esplorando lo specchio del lago orobico, Montisola e le Prealpi bergamasche, ma anche per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza in pieno relax. La villa è disposta su due livelli. Il primo è dominato da un ampio salone con camino, un bagno con doccia, un divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina arredata con lavastoviglie e forno a micro-onde, tv, complesso stereo vintage con numerosi trentatré giri in vinile e un pianoforte verticale a disposizione degli ospiti; il secondo ha tre stanze da letto di cui la prima con letto matrimoniale, la seconda con letto a castello, la terza con poltrona letto e un'ampia biblioteca. Completa la disposizione, il bagno con vasca. Sia al primo livello sia al secondo livello, ci sono ambi balconi che si affacciano sullo straordinario panorama del lago di circa 10 metri quadrati ciascuno. La villa ha due grandi giardini e una porzione di bosco, il primo situato di fronte casa, il secondo su un piccolo pianoro posteriore alla casa stessa ed il terzo, oltre il giardino. Nel bosco, che è totalmente recintato, i vostri amici a quattro zampe, potranno sgranchirsi e giocare in totale libertà. In entrambi, sono a disposizione arredi specifici per piacevoli momenti di riposo. Per ultimo, nel cortile fronte casa è possibile parcheggiare la vettura mentre un'ampia veranda consente deliziosi pranzetti o romantiche cenette preparate utilizzando il barbecue in granito posto nel giardino posteriore. La lavanderia è dotata di un grande lavello e di lavatrice. Materiali di consumo (la legna e la carbonella) sono a disposizione gratuitamente degli ospiti. La villa può ospitare un massimo di otto persone.
