Located in a splendid year-round holiday residence along the Riva San Vitale lakeshore, groups of 4 can easily make the most of the on-site facilities, lake view setting and authentic unspoilt location. Situated within easy driving distance of the main Swiss and Italian Lake highlights (with Como and Lugano reachable within 30 minutes), the retreat promises that perfect sense of escapism.

The accessible duplex is easily reachable by lift and internally offers a cosy and versatile layout to suit family groups and close friends. A spacious living room with terrace access offers a bright and welcoming open plan appeal, whilst the separate fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with everything you need to enjoy carefree meals in.

Groups of 4 can easily be accommodated to the spacious master double with lake view balcony and the spacious twin room in the living room, alongside two family bathrooms.

A wealth of year-round facilities a wait guests’ enjoyment onsite, including an indoor pool, table tennis and gym equipment. Outside, the lake view grounds invite guests to come and soak up some sun on the private alfresco dining terrace and at the shared lakeside BBQ area.

Lake Lugano offers a wealth of tourist sites to take in, from the Alprose Chocolate Factory, Villa Cicogna Mozzoni, FoxTown Factory stores, Mount Tamaro adventure park and Santa Maria degli Angeli attractions to the picturesque idyll of Morcote, the views from Monte San Salvatore, the ‘Splash e Spa’ and popular ‘Swissminiatur’, to the fantastic lido, Golf and Tennis clubs found in the cosmopolitan lake capital of Lugano (under 30 minutes’ drive away). Nearby Como (also under 30 minutes’ drive away) also offers a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities, alongside easy road and train links to Milan and bus-ferry-road links to the touristic Central Lake.

Ideal for year-round holidays, the holiday home is situated a 28 minutes’ drive from Lugano Airport and 54 minutes’ drive from Milan Malpensa.

How do damage deposits work?
