Charming, functional townhouse in Riviera del Sol, in Mijas Costa, Andalucia, half way between Fuengirola and Marbella.

Within a 5 minute walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, taxi rank, bus stops, supermarket, convenience market - no car is required. Tennis and golf clubs also in local area

Double security locks on gates and triple locking security front door. Well equipped kitchen, new in 2018 with new oven + ceramic hob in 2016, full-size dishwasher, microwave, veggie + fruit juicers, toaster, sandwich maker, electric whisks, plastic plates, cups + cutlery for small children, etc. Washing machine in upstairs bathroom. Internet router on sideboard next to round dining table (password on the underside). New 42" TV in 2016. Security glass doors leading from lounge to covered terrace (terrace also with its glass sliding doors leading to the garden). Mosquito screens on all windows. Awning is operated manually. Beds extremely comfortable (king size bed in main bedroom with memory foam mattress and single beds new in summer 2015. Travel cot available with pillow, extra mattress, and plenty of linen. Silent ceiling fans with light and remote control, new in 2016. Twin basins in bathroom and spacious shower (no bath). All towels provided (bath and pool/beach). Notes with helpful tips about the house and how everything works, Community rules, emergency numbers, etc., are on top of cabinet in lounge.

Cocina muy bien equipada con horno y vitrocerámica nuevos en 2016, lavavajillas, microondas, licuadoras, sandwichera, batidoras eléctricas, platos, vasos y cubiertos de plástico para niños pequeños, etc. La lavadora está en el cuarto de baño. El router del internet está encima del aparador en el salón y su clave de acceso se encuentra en la parte inferior. Televisor nuevo (108cm/42") en 2016. Puertas de cristal de seguridad en el salón. Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. La terraza cubierta también tiene sus puertas de cristal. El toldo se abre y cierra manualmente. Las camas están MUY cómodas, la del dormitorio principal es de 160cm con un colchón de látex y las camas individuales nuevas en el verano de 2015. Ventiladores de techo con luz nuevos en 2016; silenciosos y con mando de distancia. Dos lavabos en cuarto de baño y la ducha es muy amplia y cómoda (no hay bañera). Todo tipo de toallas disponibles (baño y piscina/playa). Más información sobre cómo funciona todo en la casa, sitios de interés, números de teléfono útiles, etc., están al lado del módem en el salón.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
