From the owner

Anacapri Estate offers Italian-style architecture and one of the most beautiful panoramic views in the Caribbean. The 5000+ sq. foot estate includes 4 bedrooms (plus a queen size Murphy bed in the Office), 4.5 bathrooms, two-tiered pool deck with Infinity Pool, Gazebo, multiple covered and open porches, and a special “Place in the Rocks” patio. The Estate combines old world charm with modern conveniences of Internet access throughout, home theatre, and music sound system. Perched high on the hill in Cooten Bay, Anacapri Estate gets the most wonderful Caribbean breezes which provide for comfort and relaxation in this natural quiet setting.

The fabulous down-island view includes 850-acre unspoiled Guana Island, Little Camanoe, the Dogs and Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island. On a clear night you can even see the lights of Anegada. The sugar white sands of Josiah's Bay are off to the right, and Rogues Point to the left. The main floor of the house has a full kitchen with granite countertops, formal dining room, living room with entertainment center, and laundry; go up the stair tower to the office and master bedroom. European craftsmen were flown in to install the Romanian tile that flows through the villa inside and out.

Bedrooms (3 - 5):
There are four air conditioned bedrooms all with custom made mahogany furniture - all bedrooms are with ensuite bathrooms. The Office also has a Murphy bed. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, and the other bedrooms have Queen size European style pillow-top plush mattresses. The Master Bedroom and Office are on the second floor. The main floor has two bedrooms - each of these has a small balcony for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening drink. The five beds will sleep 10, plus there are two Queen size air mattresses in case the kids or friends need a little more sleeping room.

Office:
Whether you need to check in with work, or do some inspirational writing this is the office and view we all wish we had. A custom made mahogany L-shaped desk, and high-speed Internet - just bring your laptop or iPad. The Office includes a queen-size wall bed. The wall bed includes storage units for hanging and folded clothes.

Bathrooms (4.5):
There are four full bathrooms (3 showers, 1 bathtub/shower), one powder room, one Gazebo powder room, plus two outdoor showers by the pool deck. The garden shower is perfect for showering off sand from the many beautiful beaches on Tortola.

Porches:
The Living Room has a 22' x 12' covered porch with access to the pool deck. The Master Bedroom has a private 22' by 12' covered porch with exterior stairs that take you down to the pool deck. There are also two smaller open air porches off the two bedrooms on the main level.

Outdoor Living:
With sunshine, blue skies and a turquoise ocean as a backdrop, the bi-level pool deck is the place to be! There is a gas grill for BBQing, and a covered Gazebo for al fresco dining that overlooks the infinity pool. Nestled down at the opposite end of the house is a quiet “Place in the Rocks” - a hand-made native stone patio built at the base of several huge boulders.

Technology:
Even though islands are for getaways and relaxing, we have incorporated high technology into the villa for those that need to stay connected. Dedicated Internet access provides wireless access throughout the villa. There is a flat-screen 55” TV, PS3 / Blu-ray player, and home theatre surround sound available in the Living Room. The Estate is also wired for music with a Sonos sound system that can provide different music choices in the Living Room, Kitchen, and Pool Deck.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
