This FABULOUS three bedroom, 2.5 bath CONDO is located at Club Natale---a small 4 unit boutique oceanside resort with a short 2 minute walk to a sand beach to swim, snorkel, kayak, fish or lounge. It has spectacular panoramic sea views, and superb shore access SNORKELING & DIVING right off the beach, plus a great infinity pool. The reef-protected , pristine beach swimming area enables your OWN CALM WATER QUADRUPLE OLYMPIC SIZE "POOLl And even some fish-viewing snorkeling! The shared infinity pool is nicely heated by the sun and located adjacent to the condo building--with only three other rental units to share the pool

The condo is fully furnished and equipped with on-site laundry and all kitchen necessities, including

--stove

--fridge

--microwave

--dishes and eating utensils

--toaster oven

--pantry items, such as tea, salt, pepper and items left by other guests

--plus 5 gal jug of bottled water.

It has quality, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, plus big screen satellite TV, DVD player and in condo Wi-Fi internet service--also available in the cafe/bar, patio and pool areas.

Bed linens and bath/beach towels are provided sufficient for all guests. Change of linens and towels, plus condo cleaning, is weekly, unless specifically requested for a small fee paid directly to the cleaner.

It has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths—for up to 7 guests, which include a

-- A 2nd bedroom with a double bed, mirrored closet, & chest of drawers

--A 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, mirrored closet

Plus, there is an optional single sofa bed in the living room area. Children are welcome. However, the unit does not have cribs or other bedding for infants or small children. Guests with infants or small children will need to bring their own sleeping equipment and bedding.

The condo is non-smoking except for the outside balconies. Pets are accepted upon owner approval. Also note that the condo is located on the second floor, so a one floor stairway walk is required for access.

It's FIVE BALCONIES provide space for relaxing and enjoying the sea breezes and magnificent views-- three overlook the Caribbean sea and two overlook the lush forest. . Common activity areas include the 3rd floor roof top viewing area and 1st floor common area where there is a ping pong table and game tables.

The resort has a small cafe-bar and lobby area that offers sit down or light catering services that need to be pre-arranged with the resort manager. .Also note that pricing is based on season and on the number of persons booking. The base rate is for up to 4 persons, with additional charges of $7 per person per night for more than 4 up to the maximum of 7 persons

SNORKELING GEAR AND KAYAKS ARE AVAILABLE and a guide can escort you by kayak or power boat to the nearby off-shore reef areas for fishing or snorkeling--among the best on the island. The "house reef", a dive site named Connie's Dream, is shore accessible on calm sea days direct from the beach ---about 100 yard swim.. Best to bring hard sole swim socks or dive booties to traverse the coral in places. Another dive site, named Marilyn's Front Porch, is nearby and best accessible via kayak, although can be reached by shore access swim. The well-known dive and snorkeling spot, Mary's Place, also is nearby---requires boat access. SCUBA DIVE shops are nearby.

The resort is a nature preserve, and the area is a sanctuary for endangered iguanas and features vibrant mangroves. The resort is eco-tourism oriented, and as such the natural white sand beach is kept raked and clean, but manicured only occasionally, as needed. The beach area has lounge chairs, shade palapas, and a taco bar palapa.

If you are looking for nightly parties and music, this is not the place for you. The general ambiance is a quiet and serene setting. The resort is about 25 minutes away from the major tourist and party areas, such as West End. Some guests are anxious about the one mile gravel road to the private location, but even in the event of torrential rain, the smaller cars have been able to navigate the potholes.

If you love SNORKELING or DIVING---especially right off the beach or shore, you will find some of the Caribbean's best coral and fish viewing right here! THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOUR CARIBBEAN ISLAND STAY.

I was surprised to hear the Wi-Fi in the condo was not operable. Kenia, our assistant to the property manager, should have been able to get this repaired. This has been the worst rainy season locals can remember, which was the cause of the road problems. The resort developer along with Brick Bay neighbors have been trying for years to get the municipality to pave the road, but without success. Now, as a result of this rainy season problems, there is renewed energy to get this solved. Kenia's delay clearly was due to the road problems. There is no excuse for running out of toilet paper, not having clean pot holders, replacement garbage bags, light bulbs, and clean dish rack and paper towels in the sllverware drawer. We appreciate the feedback about pots and pans, so we can arrange some replacements, and also appreciate the feedback on the other issues that need to be remedied with our property manager assistant. This guest was not able to stay on the property because of failure to enable phone or email contact with the property manager for check-in. The guest assumed that staff would be present at the property for check-in, but it was made clear to the guest that contact with the property manager was essential to arrange check-in. The guest attempted arrival at about 9:30pm expecting reception and check-in like a hotel. This resulted in a regrettable and unfortunate situation for the guest as alternative accommodations were required.. A full refund was made. The negavities in this review need to be understood in this context.The property is never in total darkness as lights around the pool and along the road are on 24/7. To say that the property was in bad condition is a total fabrication in light of the fact that the guest never gained entry to the premises.. There is a lobby as part of the cafe-bar, however, it is true that there is no reception for condo check-in. Check in is made by the property manager or assistant. Further, there is no staff after the dinner hour at the cafe.so coming to the property at 9:30pm could give the appearance of inactivity and being shut down.
