RELAX…REJUVENATE…ENJOY! This beautiful private two story home sits perched on a hilltop overlooking the north shore of Johnson Bight, located just east of the center of the island. You will love the quiet serenity and the stunning view of the gorgeous turquoise reef and open hills and valleys of the jungle. Enjoy the abundance of fresh fruit trees scattered throughout the property, banana, plantain, mango, papaya, coconut, avocado, guava and cashew. Fruit availability is seasonal.

This two level home offers two separate occupancies giving you several options for rental. The lower level is a one bedroom, one bath. The upper level is a two bedroom two bath. Or both levels for three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two kitchens.

- Upper level 2 bedroom, 2 bath rents for $980 per week

- Lower level and Upper level 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 kitchen rents for $1,400 per week.

Roatan is the largest of the Bay Islands, located twenty miles off the coast of Honduras. The Island is approximately 37 miles long and less than 5 miles across at the widest point. The lifestyle of the island is relaxed and quiet though there are plenty of activities. Surrounded by the second largest barrier reef, Roatan offers some of the best scuba diving in the world! Enjoy a fun day at the beach, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, para-sailing, zip lining, golfing, horseback riding, swimming with the dolphins or take a boat charter to one of the neighboring Bay Islands. The West End has plenty of restaurants and fun shops full of souvenirs. You will find this house to be a comfortable, quiet environment to rest between the fun and exciting activities you will be enjoying. Just relax in a hammock on the veranda or enjoy the infinity swimming pool with a spectacular view of the Caribbean.

The lower level is a cozy one bedroom featuring a queen bed, bathroom, living area, kitchen and outdoor deck. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, cookware, dishes and utensils. The upper level has beautiful vaulted ceilings in every room including the large outdoor veranda. This two bedroom, two bathroom has an open floor plan for the living, dining, kitchen and veranda area. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, cookware, dishes and utensils. The two bedrooms are on either side of the home allowing for maximum privacy. Both rooms are well appointed with queen beds and walk in closets. They each have their own sliding glass doors onto the veranda to enjoy the breathtaking view.

Included in the price there will be a meet and greet at the airport to help you through the car rental process, a stop at the grocery store and an escort to the home. The property has a full time caretaker. There will be an owner or manager on an adjacent property during your stay to help with questions, needs and even personal tours. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shelly (the owner) a message.

If Shelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
