This spacious penthouse condo combines endless Caribbean views with luxurious comfort. Villa del Playa is a small 6-unit condo complex at the end of West End Village.

 

Villa del Playa Penthouse #5 is a 2-story unit with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a huge rooftop patio to enjoy. With new sectional sofa and umbrella for shade, you will love spending your time on the rooftop. cool off in the  plunge pool and then whipping up some refreshing cocktails at the rooftop bar. 

 

If you're looking for an active island vacation, Villa del Playa is ideally located for outdoor fun. On-site kayaks are available so you can paddle out to the coral reef just offshore. Blue Channel is one of Roatan's most famous dive sites – and it's located just in front of our condo!

 

If you're coming to Roatan for a dive vacation, you'll find tons of dive shops throughout West End Village. You could even arrange for pick up/drop off service from our private dock.

 

On the rooftop, you can relax in comfort with a bar area , dining area, lounge chairs, and a full bathroom.

 

If you'd rather relax in the sand, you'll love our peaceful beach away from the crowds. Our community pool overlooks the sea, which is a perfect way to mix it up between the beach and poolside.

 

The main floor of Penthouse #5 offers plenty of space for up to 8 adults to share a vacation together. With 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, you can gather all your friends for an awesome island getaway!

 

Both the living room and master suite have sliding glass doors that open onto your private patio. There's nowhere better to start your day with a cup of local Honduran coffee and some fresh mango from the trees behind the villa.  The entire Villas Del Playa complex has filtered and potable water throughout so you can vacation with the peace of mind that your water and ice is nice and clean.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
