From the owner

Laurel View is a working farm running beef and lamb which is sold directly through our own butcher shop, Maugers Meats. The farm house is surrounded by stunning views of the countryside and paddocks dotted with cattle and sheep.

It is a quick trip to Burrawang for lunch or a drink at the Burrawang Village Hotel or the General Store cafe. Robertson is also only 1km down the road, many choices for cafes and the ever popular Robertson Cheese Factory, with local and imported cheeses available.

The Illawarra Fly Treetop walk, with breathtaking views of the south coast is also only a 15min drive away.

Bowral, the major hub of the Southern Highlands, is located 20 mins drive away. Bowral offers a multitude of cafes and restaurants and a more extensive shopping experience, with lots of boutique shops and the larger super markets. The local cinema, The Empire Twin is also available for your entertainment.

For the nature lovers, we are located a short drive from Belmore,Carrington and Fitzroy Falls, where stunning views and bushwalking are available.

If what you're looking for is some peace and quiet, then enjoy the large comfortable rooms, read a book in front of the fire if its a cold day or sit out in the garden and just relax on a summers day and take in the spectacular views.

Laurel View is a double brick home with 11ft high ornate ceilings and an old world charm. It has spacious rooms, all with heating and offers two bathrooms and three bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen and laundry.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vicki (the owner) a message.

If Vicki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
