Le Gîte du Moulin de Félix se situe sur la commune de ROBION, face au Luberon, dans un mas provençal, sur une propriété d'un hectare et demi, dans un environnement de calme et de verdure.

Il est aménagé plein sud, dans une aile de la maison, sur 88 m². Il se compose comme suit :

Au rez de chaussée

- 1 séjour salon, avec canapé convertible deux places, TV écran plat Led TNT & lecteur DVD

- 1 coin cuisine aménagée avec grande table de ferme avec 4 chaises, 2 tabourets et un banc, évier, frigo,plaque de cuisson, hotte aspirante, four, four micro-ondes, lave vaisselle et placards de rangement

- 1 salle de bains d'environ 12m² avec baignoire, lavabo, bidet, wc, placards et machine à laver le linge

A l'étage : 2 Chambres, une véranda face au Luberon et des toilettes séparées .

- 1 chambre d'environ 12m², la Chambre Jaune, avec lit en 140 et armoire .

- 1 chambre d'environ 24m², la Grande Chambre avec lit en 160, commode, penderie, wc indépendant.

- les deux chambres s'ouvrent sur une véranda d'environ 15m², avec baie vitrée donnant sur le Luberon, meublée de deux cosy en 80 par 190, table et lampe de chevet. La véranda est occultée complètement par des 3 volets roulants indépendants et à commande électrique.

A l'extérieur

- 1 terrasse de 24 m² sous tonnelle ombragée, table & chaises de jardin en teck, et barbecue à charbon de bois

- la piscine de 11 x 5.5m, protégée par une barrière en fer forgé avec portillon à deux actions d'ouverture conforme aux normes de sécurité en vigueur, se trouve plein sud, devant la maison et sera partagée avec les propriétaires, (de 9h à 21h) - Plages avec chaises longues

- le jardin au sud du gîte est à disposition (hamacs, tables de jardin)

- l'entrée du gîte est indépendante

- l'accès à la propriété est protégé par un portail automatique (bip fourni pendant la durée du séjour)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
