If you want peace and a green and beautiful environment, you have found the ideal location. Real love nest, this lovely home features a large panoramic terrace equipped with deckchairs, outdoor dining, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola overlooking the valley and faces the Luberon. The house consists of a room comprising lounge, dining area and a fully equipped and very modern kitchen. Above a nice mezzanine with a sofa bed 2 places, with direct access to the terrace. A beautiful room topped his loft with a ladder overlooks a small bamboo garden equipped dune table and chairs. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, cupboards and toilet alcove. A magnificent art deco staircase leads to the terrace from the living room. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Not overlooked. Peaceful and beauty of the landscape guaranteed. Résersible air conditioning throughout the house. Many closets and storage, small laundry. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board .... Every modern convenience is on site. Parking outside the house. Ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people. Marked hiking trails in the Luberon and the bike path connecting Robion the confines of the Alpes de Haute Provence are on site without using a car and jogging trails for athletes. The most beautiful villages of the Luberon and Vaucluse mountains are located within 5 to 10 kms: Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Oppède le Vieux and a few miles further to 30 are Avignon and its famous bridge, Colorado Provencal Rustrel, Roussillon in ocher trail, Alpilles, Saint Remy de Provence and Antiques, Baux de Provence and its quarries lights ..... it is the ideal location to visit Provence.

    Schöne Terrasse mit sensationeller Aussicht. Gute Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Dank Klimaanlagen auch bei großer Hitze zu genießen.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

    If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
