Little Thrift is a superb property located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Rock with a large enclosed garden suitable for children and dogs. All the shops are less than 200 yards away including a general store, bakery, coffee shop, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, and newsagent.

The property is all on one level and consists of three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The large open plan lounge with a 42" TV, DVD player, BT sports and High-Speed Broadband. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 8 people.

Master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite bathroom with corner bath. including dressing room and door leading to the garden.

The second bedroom has king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The third bedroom consists of 2 single beds.

Family bathroom with shower and bath.

Sperate TV Lounge with sofa and desk allows you to get a bit of peace and quiet.

On booking a deposit of 25% and a £30 booking fee will be taken. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival

£200 damage deposit (fully refundable when the property had been checked for damage and been left as found on arrival).

Well behaved dogs are very welcome. However, we do charge an extra £25 per dog per week.
