High speed internet allows our guests to make those Zoom calls with the subtle sounds of waves crashing in the background. Our 2 story home sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and a convertible sleeper sofa. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, 2 updated flat screen entertainment areas, ping pong, foosball, and all the necessary accessories for creating memories in the sand. The dining area comfortably seats eight for you to enjoy that perfect family dinner with uninhibited views of the beautiful Pacific ocean across the street. The large living area is perfect for watching your favorite sports event or a relaxing family movie night together. The downstairs living area consists of the third bedroom with bunk beds, full second bathroom, and the secondary television entertainment area, including streaming abilities and an Xbox 360 with assorted games. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining the kids while the adults get more peace of mind upstairs. We look forward to sharing our home with your family and friends.

This house has it all!

Had a wonderful time with tons of room and comfort for my group of 7 plus 2 dogs. Great location and amenities. Would stay here again when I have a large group to accommodate.

Why can't I call Kodi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kodi (the owner) a message.

If Kodi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
