From the owner

The penthouse, located on the 2nd floor of this purpose built complex with lift access, is south-facing with balcony and also a large roof terrace & built-in BBQ, with nice views of the golf course and pool. It has air-conditioning and central-heating.

The front door leads into the lounge/dining area, off which are the kitchen and a corridor to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio doors from the lounge area lead on to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs, which overlooks the community swimming pool and landscaped gardens with a split level staircase leading to the magnificent roof terrace.

One en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed with patio doors leading to a balcony with pool view and second bedroom with twin beds and separate shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room.

There is a flat-screen TV & DVD player with several English, German and Spanish channels available.

The kitchen has all the usual fixtures and appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a hatchway through to the inside dining area.

Upstairs is the magnificent roof terrace, accessed by a split level staircase. This covers more or less the same floor area as the inside of the apartment, so there is plenty of space! Up here you will find a built-in BBQ, dining table for 6 under a pergola, 4 sun loungers, corner sofa, lighting, power points and water. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine during the day and then watch the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a glass or two of wine.

Why can't I call Caoimh (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caoimh (the owner) a message.

If Caoimh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
