Superb 2 bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 4, situated on Polaris World, Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort. The apartment is newly completed and has stunning views over the golf course, swimming pool and mountains beyond.

There is a large outdoor swimming pool is close enough to enjoy the benefit of keeping a eye on the kids. It is a perfect setting for couples, families and golfers alike. The whole complex is developed around the challenging Jack Nicklaus designed, PGA standard golf course, reputed to be one of the best in southern Spain.

The apartment is furnished to a luxury standard with all modern facilities including air-conditioning in the main living area. Towels and bed-linen are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hrieder (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
