Holiday Rome ...

Rudy's home is a lovely apartment of 120 square meters on the fourth floor with elevator of a building in the sixties. The apartment is elegantly furnished and can comfortably accommodate six to eight people. It consists of a spacious living room, two large bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room is very large, is furnished with two comfortable sofas one of which converts into a double sofa bed and a large table. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, single beds and a half, single beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. The holiday house rome "Rudy's house" is equipped with two bathrooms, recently renovated, one with bath and one with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, and also has utensils and plates.

The apartment in Rome is located in the Appia Tuscolana, in a great location in an area surrounded by two parks, the Caffarella park and the park of Appia Antica. As for the shops, to 800 meters you will find the Appian Way that offers numerous shops. To shopping, no problem, you can choose from various supermarkets, the nearest is the CONAD and is located 150 meters from the house. The area Appia Tuscolana is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation services: At 100 meters from the house you can find the number 16 bus stop that bring you to Termini Station and St. John;
To 500 meters from the house you can find the bus stop number 85 in 15 minutes that bring you to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia and via del Corso; At 900 meters you will find the subway station Line A "Furio Camillo".
In short, you will have the opportunity to live two sides of Rome: shopping with fantastic walks in the historic part of the city center and the tranquility of Holiday Rome ... Rudy's home.

For people who want to reach Rome by car, we have a convention with a private garage directly under the Holiday Rome at the price of 10,00 euro daily, or you can leave your car under the house in one of the free parking not guarded. For people who prefer get to Rome by train or by plane, the apartment is easily accessible, just 500 meters from the house find Tuscolana Station, directly connected with both the Tiburtina Station that with the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
