Luminoso e tranquillo attichetto al sesto piano (ascensore) di un palazzo moderno situato a soli 400 metri da Piazza San Pietro. Molto grazioso e ben arredato, l'appartamento gode di una bellissima vista sulla cupola di San Pietro e dispone di un terrazzetto che affaccia sul verde, L'intero appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è provvisto di riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata e televisore. Ideale per due o tre persone.

L'appartamento è di circa 40 mq ed è composto da un ingresso, un vasto soggiorno/camera da letto con angolo cottura a scomparsa, bagno con finestra. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un terrazzetto (attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto) che sovrasta una vasta area verde molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Dalla finestra posta sul lato opposto dell'appartamento si gode una imperdibile vista di San Pietro. L'angolo cottura è attrezzato con piastre elettriche e frigo e troverete tutto il necessario per cucinare. L'appartamento dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo (entrambi all'occorrenza possono essere facilmente convertiti in un divano ed una poltrona), il bagno è con doccia. L'attico dispone di impianto di aria condizionata e dispone di un apparecchio TV con digitale terrestre. Biancheria ed asciugamani sono forniti. Perfetto per due o tre persone.
Ci troviamo all'interno di una vera e propria "oasi" di tranquillità a due passi dal movimentato centro di Roma: Piazza San Pietro è a soli 400 metri di distanza e alcune tra le principali attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi, come i Musei Vaticani, La Cappella Sistina, Castel Sant'Angelo, piazza Navona. L'appartamento è a soli 3 minuti dalla Stazione San Pietro, da cui si raggiunge la rete della metropolitana con una fermata e il mare in meno di un'ora di treno. Con 15 minuti di autobus (64) , che ha il capolinea sulla piazza della stazione San Pietro, raggiungerete la stazione Termini attraversando il centro storico della città. Molte altre linee di autobus facilmente raggiungibili collegano con il resto della città. Se amate camminare in 30/40 minuti potete raggiungere moltissimi siti d'interesse e in un0ora potete arrivare al Foro Romano e al Colosseo.
