Luxury apartment in the heart of Rome just 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Spacious and elegant Leone 2 is located on the 2nd floor of the same building that hosts Leone 1 and Leone 3 and can be booked together with Leone 3 with which it can be communicating. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the room and can accommodate up to 5 people. Entering, you enter a corridor illuminated by a large window overlooking Via Bocca di Leone. To the left of the corridor there is a spacious bedroom where an extra single bed can be placed for the fifth person. Inside there is a large dressing room that leads to the bathroom with a bathtub. To the right of the corridor is the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area and characterized by the presence of a large gas fireplace which together with the rest of the furniture confirms the Apulian and Sardinian origins of the family of the property. Two large and comfortable sofas are positioned in front of the fireplace, one of which can be used as an additional single bed for the fifth person. The living room leads to a small hallway that leads to another bedroom and to the kitchen. Inside the bedroom there is a small study illuminated by a large window from which there is access to a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The second bathroom is located inside the bedroom. The kitchen is very characteristic as it is equipped with a marble top from the 19th century and decorated with precious majolica. It is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen there is a charming breakfast area characterized by a large window overlooking the internal courtyard. From here there is access to the laundry room where the washing machine is located. The apartment is equipped with all comforts including: satellite TV, DVD, telephone, hairdryer in every bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, WIFI internet connection. The building has an elevator and a large internal courtyard. The apartment is managed by the owner who personally takes care of welcoming guests, taking care of all the details during their stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marcella (the owner) a message.

If Marcella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
