2 rooms in a renewed apartment on a street historically Via Merulana. Close to the Colosseum, you could end went to see historical Rome without even taking the bus or metro. shall prevent che è the apartment extremely well linked -7 bus lines, 3 stations metro..dix minute walk from Termini..je rents a room and uses the other personally but in special cases I can give you two bedrooms with a price increase.

i am sorry i made you pay the city tax because if i had not done it you probably would have written that i came to meet you at the station, that i accompany back to the station for your departure when it was still dark outside, probably that the room is clean and a big window lets in lots of sun etc etc. anyway .......

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Naden (the owner) a message.

If Naden (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
