The room is equipped with Tv, fan, coffee table for breakfast, kitchenette (well equipped to prepare meals) and a private bathroom. The room has a small private garden, where you can roll out not only clothes but also enjoy a breakfast outside in the Green!

The entrance to the room is private and independent of the rest of the House so you can enjoy every freedom of time and movement because you will always have your keys.

Parking in this area is virtually always and especially not fee! Having a room on the ground floor is equipped with a perimeter alarm in the garden, as you will see, to guarantee greater safety. It's not only a quiet and a residential area but also overlooks the park "Parco Talenti", very nice Park for walking and outdoor sports.

The BB "Il giardino di Roma" is located in the Talenti/Montesacro district. Close to the studios of RAI-Nomentano (ex Dear Film Studios) and Via Ugo Ojetti. The area is full of shops and services of all kinds, from large supermarkets well-matched malls with shops and restaurants!

And very easy to reach Termini station and the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino. Within walking distance from us you will find several bus lines with direct links to Termini station and Metro B, both in the direction of new stop Conca d'Oro to Ponte Mammolo. You can also find various buses with direct links to Piazza Venezia, at Olympic Stadium, Angelico Avenue, and very near to San Peters.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paolo (the owner) a message.

    If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
