This home in the very heart of the Rome’s historic centre is ideal for a romantic getaway and it is an ideal base for those looking for a calm and sunny stay.

It is located on the sixth floor with a lift and has a large balcony and a very large roof terrace at the seventh floor offering a beautiful 360° panoramas on the whole city, the Presidential Quirinale Palace, many monuments and the famous St. Peters dome and the neighbouring hills. It's a rare find in the busy metropolis that is Rome.

This bright apartment boasts a large and charming private balcony with many plants just outside the living room with plenty of space for you to relax and to enjoy your morning coffee or to have meals or to sip a drink when the light fades, overlooking a spectacular view over the Rome’s tiled rooftops. The sunny terrace at the seventh floor will allow you to enjoy the fresh air and watch a beautiful sunset.

While being in the very centre of the city, you will not hear any street noise during your stay as it is at the sixth and seventh floor and in a small street with limited access.

This home is truly special and none of the nearby high-end hotels could insure to you the same quality, ample space and price advantage.

THE LOCATION

Its location couldn’t be better. This apartment is in a central spot near one of Rome's most-visited tourist attractions. It is just few minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and at a walking distance from most of the city’s iconic sights such as Piazza Navona or Villa Borghese and of most famous shopping streets such as via Condotti or via del Corso.

After a day of sightseeing, sample one of the countless restaurants, trattorias and bars right on your doorstep nearby your street. The host is happy to make a booking for you.

The home is also very close to the subway station Barberini and two stations away from the Railway Termini station.

THE ROOMS

This cozy, compact but comfortable apartment has everything you need to feel at home during your Roman holiday. In the apartment you will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large balcony and a roof terrace that also serve as an outdoor dining area. For greater privacy, the accommodation has an independent entrance.

The bedroom has one double bed. At full occupancy, two (up to four) people can sleep in the living room where there are one single sofa bed and one double sofa bed. We’d recommend sticking to a guest count of two or three, so the sofa beds in the living room aren’t in use as there’d be very little privacy being in four or six persons.

There's a laser printer and laptop-friendly workspace if you plan to work from home during your stay.

The spacious living room with two comfy double sofas bed, TV, air conditioning both cooling and heating. From the living room you can access the large Rome & Juliet-style balcony.

The kitchenette is equipped with the basics and it is better suited to light bites rather than full meals. But there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance in the area that you won’t even notice.

Parties are not allowed at this home. The home is no smoking. Pets are not allowed.
