The main apartment has 4 double edrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sleeps 8/11 with double sofabed in sitting room and 1 extra bed which we can place where you prefer.
Attached but independent with separate entrance studio with kitchen corner and a lovely modern bathroom sleeps 2.
It is possible to rent the studio with the main apartment for a total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and max of 13 guests or also separately for 2 people. It is automatically adjoined over 10 guests.
The apartment's location is strategic; it is near the Vatican City, beside the beautiful park of Villa Pamphili, 15 minutes walk from S.Peter Square and from Vatican Museums, 15 minutes by bus from Navona Square, Panteon and Campo de' Fiori, 10 minutes by underground from Spagna Steps and Piazza del Popolo.
Bus stops are just across the road and metro is at a few minutes walk.
In the main apartment there are 4 charming double bedrooms all in different styles and colors with wide windows onto the trees in front, spacious wardrobes, flat scren tv and lovely ensuite bathrooms.
It has a lovely sunny and spacious sitting room with original marble floors and precious Murano chandelier with plenty of sitting space for all. which opens onto a pretty terrace where you can enjoy dining outside in warm weather. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with microvawe, dishwasher, oven, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, toaster, electric kettle ext. The owner leaves her personal typical Italian recipes with tips on how to cook some of our delicious food! Or else you can order some typical Italian cuisine at home.
The 4 double bedrooms of the main apartment are all in different styles and colors with wide windows, spacious wardrobes, tv, confortable mattresses with plenty of cushions and duvets in winter months and ensuite lovely bathrooms2 with jetted tubs and cromotherapy lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch tv while relaxing in the tub!

The modern studio has it's independent entrance but can be adjoined to the main apartment. It's very cozy and functional with 2 twin beds or a double bed, a well equipped kitchen corner with electric hob, toaster, kettle, small oven, small fridge and freezer. It has a modern spacious bathroom in grey stone with luxurious wide shower. Studio is automatically adjoined from over 10 guests or on request at extra cost. In the same building we also have a 3 bedroom budget price apartment that sleeps 6. So we can host a total of 19 guests... In the square you will find all kinds of shops, chemist's, supermarket, bars, various restaurants, wonderful patisserie, pizza spots and even Mc Donald's. Also shopping for dresses, shoes ext is very easy since the commercial area of Boccea and also the market of Piazza Irnerio are at short walking distance. Few steps from the apartment there are: open market, supermarkets, post office, hospital, internet point, restaurants…I will be glad to indicate great pizza and ice cream, restaurants and of course my favorite spots for getting a feel or Rome's unique magic.
