Casa di Bine è un appartamento per vacanze che gode di una posizione privilegiata nel cuore della Roma antica, a due passi dal Colosseo e i Fori Imperiali. Nonostante la posizione così centrale, si trova in un tipico palazzo residenziale molto tranquillo, con due cortili interni, perfetto per i più esigenti in fatto di sonno e particolarmente adatto a famiglie che viaggiano con bambini e anziani.

Recentemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio ed elegantemente arredato in un perfetto connubio di stile retrò e design moderno, con alcuni pezzi originali degli anni '30, l'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso e offre un ambiente accogliente e rilassante, dotato di tutti i comfort; la pulizia delle camere rispetta un standard di alto livello e la lussuosa ospitalità è resa perfetta da un attento servizio di concierge, che vi darà il piacere di vivere una vacanza completamente spensierata e memorabile.

Casa di Bine può ospitare fino a 5 persone. L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere, salotto, cucina e 2 bagni; si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo molto tranquillo con un cancello all'entrata, una fontanella con i pesciolini rossi nel cortile e un piccolo tipico ascensore in ferro.

Sia che siate una coppia oppure una famiglia numerosa, avrete accesso all'intero appartamento.

Tutte le stanze hanno una finestra che si affaccia su un cortile interno; quella della camera Vintage ha un ampio affaccio su Via Labicana. Potete vedere tutte le stanze nelle foto, una didascalia vi indicherà quale state guardando.

- La camera MASTER: una stanza calda, luminosa e tranquilla, dove potrete godere di un buon riposo in un letto king size (180 x 200 cm).

- La camera WHITE: una cameretta intima e accogliente, perfetta per i bambini o coppie giovani (80 x 200 cm / 160 x 200 cm).

- La camera VINTAGE: un'incantevole e ampia stanza arredata in stile vintage; può essere utilizzata sia come salotto, sia come terza camera da letto, dove può ospitare 2 persone grazie a un comodissimo divano letto (160 cm x 190)

- Il bagno BEIGE: un elegante bagno con un'ampia doccia.

- Il bagno GRIGIO: un bagno più grande, luminoso e finemente arredato, con bidè e vasca.

- La CUCINA: una splendida cucina completamente attrezzata, dove poter godere di un'ottima colazione italiana o di un buon pasto preparato in casa, respirando un'atmosfera retrò chic.

Se amate esplorare i luoghi meno battuti dai turisti, come comprare prodotti locali al mercato dei contadini vicino al Circo Massimo, e fare un picnic nel vicino Giardino delle rose, allora questo è il posto giusto per voi.

Il quartiere è bellissimo da esplorare a piedi, andando alla ricerca dei piccoli negozi locali lungo le vie più residenziali. Chi ama correre e passeggiare nel verde potrà godere di parchi e percorsi incantevoli nelle vicinanze, come il Parco del Colle Oppio, Villa Celimontana, il Circo Massimo e le Terme di Caracalla. Gli amanti della bicicletta, invece, potranno usufruire di un comodissimo negozio di noleggio biciclette proprio accanto all'ingresso del palazzo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Giuseppina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
