Cozy apartment located in a strategic point of the City', in one of the most prestigious and ancient palaces...In front of the Tiber River (Fiume Tevere), a few steps from PIAZZA DEL POPOLO and VILLA BORGHESE.

An excellent choice for travelers interested in art, culture and shopping.

Apartment of 210mq on two levels.. offering its guests a unique stay in the Eternal City'.

DESCRIPTION: Access to the living room,divided into living and dining area;high ceilings and long windows.

On the same floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room supplied set iron and washing machine,;a comfortable bathroom with an antique design; a typical loft where there is a sofa bed(width:queen size.here can sleep one or two people).

In apartment're present two sofa bed (a french bed and a double bed).

A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area,divided into three rooms: a bedroom with two single beds and two double bedrooms(possibility'of adding a third single bed and a bed for baby).

One of the two double bedrooms has a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower,jacuzzi tub and double sinks:in the sleeping area,there is a third bathroom with shower.

All the windows of the apartment,overlook the inner garden of the building, ensuring silence for a good rest

In the second bedroom, there is a sofa bed (single bed), and a bathroom with shower.

Building with concierge .... security and guaranteed availability ', also from the concierge (the present entrance of the building at certain times).

From here opens the classic walk on Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, Via dei Condotti (the most famous streets for exclusive shopping) and the Spanish Steps ... elegance is undoubtedly the main feature of one of the most 'famous squares of Rome.

From the Pincio (the upper part of the Piazza del Popolo), you can 'enjoy a spectacular view of the city'.

A pleasant walk, allowing you to easily reach the main monuments ... as the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia and Piazza Navona.

Villa Borghese is the most 'famous Park of Rome and can be reached from the apartment with only 10min.walk....It is the ideal place for those who want to rent a bike and see ancient fountains.

The subway (the stop is Flaminio Nearest Under ground, Line A), is available for all the connections of the City 'of Rome, 5 min from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
