Rooms for you is a nice and completely renovated location in the San Lorenzo district, not far from Stazione Termini central station, main transportation hubs, and Tiburtina station.

Located on the first floor of an ancient convent, one of the oldest,building of the district, this elevator served accommodation provides three cosy and comfortable private rooms, tastefully decorated, high ceilings with original 3.60 mt.vaulted brick and wooden style of the early '900.

Many of Rome's famous tourist attractions are reachable by foot, as the central Termini station and metro stop are just a stone's throw away, guests can conveniently reach any part of the city by public transport.

From San Lorenzo district with less than 3 km distance:
Campo de' Fiori (famous roman open-air market), Colosseo (the Coliseum), Circo massimo, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps), and Fontana di Trevi (Trevi fountain) and all the main basilicas of Rome

How to reach us by bus
From Termini station: out of main entrance, go on your left, cross Giolitti street, and go on your left Turati stop on via Turati), take bus 71 (direction Tiburtina station), get off after five stops (Tiburtina), your arrival is on the other side of the street.

From Tiburtina station: go to bus terminal, bus 492 or 71, direction Cipro underground (MA) and get off after 6 stops,(Ramni/Marrucini), walk on your left on via Tiburtina, about 100 mt.

From Leonardo da Vinci airport (Fiumicino): Take the Leonardo Express train to Rome, every 30 minutes (14 Euros) up to Termini station and follow Termini station directions above.

From Ciampino airport: Take the Terravision Shuttle Bus connecting every 45 minutes to Termini station and follow Termini station directions above.

Underground (metro) B line, Policlinico station, take viale Regina Margherita, downward (700 mt), up to Verano square, take a left on via Tiburtina for about 100 mt.

Why can't I call Agnese (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Agnese (the owner) a message.

If Agnese (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
