The apartment is situated close to Trastevere railway station, in a quiet and elegant neighborhood. It is a very wide and bright apartment recently renovated with cure for the minimum detail: each room furnished perfectly to welcome and guarantee you a comfortable stay, in order to make you feel at home. It is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, for the ones in business trips or for families with childrens.

The apartment

Elegant apartment situated in the heart of Marconi Street, in a residential area, two steps from the historic center and on the most important shopping street of the capital. From here, one can easily reach the characteristic Trastevere zone, the Vatican, and take a walk in the Eur area. The position is perfect not only for visiting the main historical cultural points of interest of the ’Eternal city’, but also enjoy a lot of facilities and shops nearby.

The apartment, on the seventh floor of a stately building, is quiet and it has a splendid panorama: it has two double rooms with the possibility of adding a third bed. It has WI-FI, TV, air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bathroom.

Guest access

Our guests will have the access at the entire apartment without any restriction. Regarding the costs, we recall our guests to consider the amount of the ‘city tax’ of €3, 50 per each person per night, as required by the municipality of Rome. The tax must be paid on arrival by invoiced bill.

The residential district

The neighborhood is a central residential district, distinguished and safe. It satisfies every kind of needs for the richness and variety of all sort of commercial activities like supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, cinema, and bike-path that make a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Besides, every Sunday, within a walking distance, there is the famous ‘Portaportese’ market.

Why can't I call Ventsislav (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ventsislav (the owner) a message.

If Ventsislav (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
