This cottage is situated literally on the edge of Cayuga Lake, steps from the water.

From just about every space in the cottage you can enjoy a view of the lake or the sound of the waves and the water. Newly renovated kitchen, porch, baths, living and dining rooms.

Walk out from the spacious two level three season screened in porch and you are just steps away from a huge cement dock and the stone beach.

Though you may not want to leave the porch as it is lake living at its best. The porch features a large dining area (also great to play board games) and a small sitting area on the upper lower complete with popcorn machine and Jimmy Buffett Margarita machine; lower porch level is another large seating area where you can listen to the lake and socialize. Ceiling fans cool the porch and the dining area.

The cottage has the quaint feel of lake living -- knotty pine and shabby chic furnishings but with the amenities of home -- wifi, cable, TV and DVD player, Bluetooth speaker for your phone or iPod, internet, dishwasher, air conditioned bedrooms, etc.

Inside the cottage are two living spaces --one with TV and DVD player; the other with a view of the lake. A dining area and kitchen are full equipped with all you need to serve meals your family will remember. A grill is provided.

And the dock has two two additional dining areas and a comfy sitting area. The stone beach has a fire pit complete with adirondack chairs and benches.

The primary lakeview bedroom has a queen bed with onsuite full bath and stunning view of the lake. Enjoy your coffee in bed as you wake up to the sounds of the lake.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms in the main cottage have double beds. All three bedrooms in the main cottage have mini split AC/Heating units and ceiling fans.

Main living space in cottage also has mini split AC/Heating unit and ceiling fan.

The guest cottage has a full bed and a double futon. It also has a full bath and a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, table, and coffee maker. Also a window ac unit and ceiling fan,

Lake amenities are included: Canoe, kayak, hammock, lounge chairs, firepit, paddleboat, swimming floats, fishing pools, corn hole, and bocce. Board games such as monopoly, life, scrabble junior, etc., are there for rainy days or night activities.

Pets are welcome and there is a leash lead that allows dogs to access the water, grass, and some of the dock.

Hand towels and some amenities are provided: dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, coffee filter, shampoo, condition, soap, etc.

Linens/towels are provided. Cleaning fee is $150.

Pet fee is $75 and all pets must receive prior approval from Host.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
