Self-catering Sibel villa is located in the Versilia greenbelt on the Tuscany.'s north coast, 500 meters from the sea. 220 sqm, ground floor, surrounded by 1,400 sqm garden with private pool 11 x 5 m, greenery and trees. Quiet and peaceful, just fifteen minutes' walk from the beach and twenty minutes' bike ride from the largest resort Forte dei Marmi, the villa has easy access to all amenities, golf course, tennis grounds, horse riding, sailing, thermal centre, local markets and shopping, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. You will enjoy going by bike in the small streets of the village, in the middle of a pine trees forest.

The villa: Detached 220 square meters ground floor villa surrounded by a 1,400 square meters garden with swimming pool (11 x 5 mt. depth 1.4 mt) located in the Versilia greenbelt on the north western coast of Tuscany.

The key features of the villa design are the hexagonal plan which seamlessly integrates and inside and outside volumes, the use of traditional building materials (cotto and brick), the ample roof with tuscan coppi tiles and casements in typical tuscan red.

The interiors are decorated with an indigo blue and white color scheme, modern furniture and paintings; the floors are Tuscan terracotta tiles and the walls are partly brickwork and partly whitewashed lime with stucco finish.

Large drawing room (50 sqm) with ample sky window (4x2 sqm) and facing French windows (north-west and south-east) opening onto the patio; three comfortable sofas, one square blue pouf, colonial style coffee tables and furniture.

Six bedrooms, five of which with French windows opening onto the garden; all rooms have en-suite bathrooms; four rooms with double beds (mattress 170x190 mt.), one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms have built in wall closets and white black out curtains.

The bathrooms are decorated with white and blue glass mosaic and fitted with white Carrara marble wash basin surface; five bathrooms are equipped with showers, one of the double rooms with shower and tub; 4 bathrooms look outside while two have no windows.

Fully equipped kitchen with wooden built-in cupboards, Carrara marble work surface, tiles on walls. Household appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave over, 5 ring-burners and cooker hood, barbecue.

Domestic utensils and fittings: toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery and kitchen hardware for 12, vacuum cleaner, domestic cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board.

The house is covered by home insurance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
