We welcome guests seeking a home-away-from-home atmosphere while vacationing or visiting Rosarito, whether for a long, self-catering stay (one-month minimum) or as a seasonal residence ( up to six month's lease). Our family-owned apartment is situated on the top floor of Rosarito's " Qunintas del Mar", a seven-story condominium with many of the amenities of a resort. Conveniently located in the center of town on Rosarito's main street (Blvd. Benito Juarez), yet peacefully secluded within a gated community and protected by 24-hour security guards on site, covered private parking and, exclusively for residents, a laundry service on the premises. Take the elevator to a spacious, carefully kept, two-bedroom/two-bath apartment recently renovated with Mediterranean decor. Comfortably accommodates a family of four. Rest and relax while the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean as you enjoy panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room or balcony. Large closets in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, wine rack, dinning table, and breakfast counter remind you that you are in a home. Cable TV and high-speed internet(Wifi) service allow to stay in touch with the world or connected to work form afar. Nearby (within distance or a very short drive up and down the boulevard) are the beach, a variety of shops, several supermarkets ( one short blocks away is " Calimax" supermarket), and many local restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria's Place (the owner) a message.

If Maria's Place (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
