Nianna Coral Bay is a fabulous vacation community featuring five 2-bedroom 2-storey townhouses with views of the Caribbean Sea. There is an infinity edge swimming pool, a remote controlled gate and secured with a guardhouse.

We offer a shuttle starting at $10 each way for 1-4 persons to the Rose Hall Beach Club located 4 minutes away by car. There you can enjoy the gorgeous white sand beach, swimming pool, food & beverages.

We are a few minutes away from the Holiday Inn, Half Moon, Hyatt and Jewel Grande Hotels. The Montego Bay Convention Centre is also close by.

This property, which is ten minutes away from the popular MoBay Hip Strip, features five two bedroom townhouses recently completed with infinity edge pool and security guardhouse. It has an electronic gate with remote access. Nianna Coral Bay townhouses feature 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, powder room and large living space.

Bedrooms have king and queen size beds, AC, WiFi, sufficient closet space and en-suite bathrooms with standing shower and bath. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. We offer a Bluetooth Samsung Sound Bar for TV stereo surround sound and to enjoy music with your portable device. The interiors are made from furniture sourced globally including pieces from USA and Jamaica. Here is the marriage of exquisite taste, beauty and comfort. Towels and Linens are provided, towels are refreshed every four & six days.

There is an infinity edge swimming pool on property which is shared with the private community. There is also a children's playground. The kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a large 6 seater dining table and comfortable 3-seater sofa that can accommodate two adults for sleeping purpose. The living area has a Samsung Smart TV, Cable TV and WiFi. Parking is right in front of the townhouses. AC are available in all rooms.

We offer 150 Mbps Starlink WiFi internet and plenty of entertainment for our guests. Located very close to Montego Bay, Nianna Coral Bay is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
