Description

Welcome to Beach Front Springs were you can enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. With the shallower and tamer waters of the bay beach just across the road, this is a preferred option for families with young children, or, with the more rugged Gunnamatta surf beach a 10 minute drive away, your water activities are catered for. For the avid golfer, there are over 15 excellent courses nearby, the closest being 5 minutes from your stay. Take in the scenery of the coastal walking and cycling track that runs along the coastline from Safety Beach to Sorrento accessible just metres from your front door using the two bikes provided. Alternatively, enjoy the local cafés a short walk away; or stroll a little further to the unassuming coastal town of Rye, boasting many cafés, restaurants and the carnival.

As you return from your daily activities, drive into your two car garage, perhaps rinse off using the outdoor shower, and enter the luxuriously appointed property, via the convenient side street access. This large house with two living plus an outdoor entertaining area is perfectly suited for families or couples. As you enter the property, you are welcomed with a coastal theme leading into a massive living area complete with plasma TV, sofas, and ottomans adjacent to a round table and chairs. Through the sliding door you find an undercover outdoor entertaining area, complete with 4 burner BBQ and an 8 seater outdoor setting, against the picturesque garden with central water feature.

The three downstairs bedrooms all with BIR, are furnished with two queen beds, and the third room 2 single bed, all sharing the downstairs bathroom. Moving upstairs, you arrive to the top of the stairs and are greeted with a light filled, open planned area. Complete with fully appointed kitchen, a modern 8 seater dining table, 3 seater sofa, and accompanying ottoman; the space is conducive to communal eating. Or if a movie is more your style, the wall mounted plasma TV and built in surround sound stereo system is ready for your enjoyment. The balcony opens out to a cosy patio setting, facing the beach with a view of a coastal tree line and a refreshing sea breeze. Retire at the end of the evening to your upstairs Queen Master Bedroom with private ensuite , complete with shower and separate bath tub.

Following on from your relaxing evening, immerse yourself in the serenity of the Peninsula Hot Springs- a short 8 minute drive, or opt for the 'tree change' lifestyle of Red Hill with some of the Peninsula' s finest produce and wineries, no more than 20 minutes away. Enjoy the gastronomic delights at the many restaurants Red Hill has to offer or bring home the local produce to prepare in your fully appointed kitchen as you enjoy them with the wine, beer and ciders you discovered from the region.

With so many beautiful and historic towns such as Sorrento, Portsea, Flinders and Mornington all at your doorstep, we look forward to welcoming you soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
