Un apartamento bien cuidado, con grandes vistas, piscina, ascensor, aire acondicionado, cocina equipada, TV, sin problemas de aparcar y situado en una de las bahías más hermosas del mundo!

El apartamento " Badia " está en el tercer piso y dispone de una sala de estar con sofá cama , TV vía satélite, cocina bien equipada con microondas, cocina de gas, lavadora y cafetera “Senseo”, un dormitorio independiente con cama doble, cuarto de baño y terraza acristalada. También tiene aire acondicionado.

Disfruta de una hermosa vista a los barcos, la instalación portuaria y también a las montañas desde la sala de estar, la terraza y desde la parte trasera.

El edificio dispone de una piscina comunitaria, un ascensor y está situado a las afueras de Roses – en la urbanización de Santa Margarita, que le permite aparcar sin problemas también en plena temporada.

Le bâtiment dispose d'une piscine communautaire, de l'ascenseur et est situé à la banlieue de Roses – à Santa Margarita, que vous permet de stationner sans problème même en haute saison.

The apartment " Badia " is on the third floor and consists of a living room with comfortable sofa bed , satellite TV, well equipped kitchen with microwave, gas stove, washing machine and coffee machine “Senseo”, separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a vitrified terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Enjoy a beautiful view at the boats, the port facility and the mountains from the living room, the terrace as well as from the backside of the apartment.

The building has a communal pool, an elevator and is located in a suburb of Roses – called Santa Margarita. That means no parking problems even in high season.

Sie verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit komfortabler Schlafcouch, Sat-TV, gut ausgestatteter Küche mit Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschine und Senseokaffeemaschine, separatem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein gepflegtes Duschbad und einem verglasten Balkon. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon als auch nach hinten hinaus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Hafenanlage, Schiffe und gleichzeitig Berge. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Das Haus hat einen Gemeinschaftspool und Aufzug.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Petra (the owner) a message.

If Petra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
