The Studio Apartment with its Mediterranean flair is located in an unique position in the heart of one of Tassie’s best wine regions. With spectacular views overlooking the wide flowing Tamar River it is the perfect space to enjoy some relaxing time. Also some wildlife is bouncing around at night.

In summer you are welcome to pick your own berries and fruit from our organic garden and enjoy what our little paradise has to offer. Studio has got a private entrance with a comfortable king sized bed

• The Studio Apartment is a separate building next to the main house with private entrance. It has no direct neighbours and offers a warm & comfortable environment with spectacular views of the Tamar River overlooking our hazelnut orchard from your room + the front patio.

• Wifi NBN Internet access is available inside and out of Studio Apartment – password will be provided on arrival. We also can confirm an excellent mobile phone data coverage + reception for Telstra and Optus users inside the Studio.

• The Studio is furnished with hand crafted Macrocarpa Timber – comfortable king size bed with high quality mattress – luxury cotton linen and towels – Couch which can be used as single bed – timber cot available on request – TV – wardrobe – shelves – dining table & chairs – kitchenette which is well equipped with all utensils needed for cooking including: – Kettle – Toaster – Plunger – Cutlery – Dishes – pots – high quality coffee and tea – we also provide milk, sugar, salt + pepper

• For your convenience a full-sized Fridge & Freezer + Microwave + double hotplate are accessible at the back patio. This ensures that you won’t have any noise or smell in the room. We are happy to provide a rice cooker if needed. The Studio does NOT HAVE a full kitchen, but there is still everything provided to cook your own meals and dine in while admiring the view and enjoy a sunset.

• Please note: The Studio Apartment is self-contained with a kitchenette indoors (all cooking accessories included) and an alfresco style cooking area at the extension of the Studio Apartment at the back patio which is open to one side where you will find the hotplates + microwave + fridge/freezer.

• In the winter months the Studio is kept warm mostly with an electric heater or it can be heated through a duct from the Sauna’s wood heater next door.

• In the summer months we provide a fan to keep the air cool inside and the Studio has got double glazed windows + curtains to keep the heat out if needed – we DO NOT have any air-conditioning / heatpump for the whole premises.

• You are welcome to stroll around our 6acre property and pick your own fruit and veggies from our organic garden.

• The Studio is perfect for a couple to get away from their daily hustle & bustle to enjoy a relaxing few days or more in this unique place surrounded by a welcoming environment.

We just want to make sure that you are having a great time and do enjoy your stay in our little Rosevears paradise. You have got access to the whole Studio Apartment and patios. Also please feel free to wander around on our property from where you are welcome to pick any seasonal organically grown fruit. You are also welcome to inform yourself how we make Biochar on our 6acre property. The stunning views and spectacular sunsets you can enjoy from both the studio apartment and the front patio. Also our very friendly Labrador pup Lotti is walking around the property and sometimes will come to your front door to say hello.

Ueberraschend – Enttaeuschend – ein trauriger Fall! Da kann man mal sehen wie falsch manche durchs Leben gehen. In erster Linie ist dies eine scheinheilige und hinterhaeltige Bewertung, da diese Gaeste waehrend ihrer Anwesenheit ueberhaupt nichts von ihrer Unzufriedenheit erwaehnt haben. Ueber all die Jahre haben wir nur positive Erfahrungen mit unseren Gaesten gemacht und dies ist ersichtlich von ueber 85 x 5Sterne Reviews die wir von unseren sehr zufriedenen Gaesten bekommen haben. Und dann kommt so was! Wir koennten nun auf jede genannte Einzelheit eingehen und uns rechtfertigen, aber wir finden dies eruebrigt sich, da unsere 5Sterne Reviews genuegend Beweiss zeigen, dass wir bis auf dieses eine Mal nur zufriedene Gaeste hatten. Es gibt leider Leute auf dieser Welt, die einem unueberlegt nur Schaden anrichten.

Why can't I call Frank (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Frank (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Frank (the owner) a message.

If Frank (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
