This cottage is located on Historic Lake Rosseau. Close to all amenities! Only 5 minutes to the town of Rosseau, 10 to Minett and 25 to Port Carling. Popular boating destinations nearby include town of Rosseau, The Marriott, Clevelands House, Port Sandfield and Windermere House. 2 hours from Toronto.

PROPERTY

This property features level land and 400" of natural shoreline, with a mix of shallow and deep water. The grounds surrounding the main cottage and bunkie are impeccably kept, with beautifully manicured gardens, a granite stone fire pit and multiple entertaining areas. This property also boasts two docks, a single-slip boathouse, a swim platform, a tennis/basketball/volleyball court, an outdoor gym, a spacious outdoor wrap around deck with long lake views and an indoor sauna! Enjoy all day sun and long, south views of Lake Rosseau from a variety of indoor and outdoor sitting areas! A picturesque, gently-flowing creek runs along the north and east borders of the property.

INTERIOR

MAIN FLOOR

The two-storey main cottage features white walls clad with shiplap, wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, an open-concept kitchen/dining room, and three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bright Great Room offers a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a sitting area with a 80" TV, and a walkout to deck. The eat-in kitchen and dining area is located just beyond, complete with a large harvest wooden dining table that seats 8+ and doors leading out to the spacious deck. There is one bedroom located on the main floor of the cottage featuring a comfortable queen size bed and access to rear patio, a full 3-pc bathroom and sauna round out the first floor amenities.

UPPER LEVEL

The second floor of the main cottage is home to two Master bedroom suites. One bedroom is equipped with a King-size bed and gas fireplace. The other is equipped with a Queen-size bed. Both upstairs bedrooms enjoy their own private screened-in decks, as well as a full luxury ensuite bathroom featuring glass showers with rain heads and floating double vanities, in floor heat and Beautiful lake views from each bedroom!

BUNKIE

The bunkie is a wonderful lakeside Honeymoon suite featuring a 4th bedroom and sitting area. Lake views are incredible

OUTDOORS

There is a sport court with basketball nets on either side. There is also nets for tennis and volleyball. Guest are also welcome to use the outdoor recreation room, which is equipped with weights and various exercise equipment. In addition to the shallow waterfront, there are also two docks. There is also a Bocce ball set, and you can enjoy a game of horseshoe on the sand beach.
